• 💡 Brings extraordinary, unconventional, and out-of-the-box content ideas .
• 🎯 Thinks beyond content creation and understands content as a driver of results .
• 🔍 Has a strong understanding of SEO, discoverability, and audience behaviour .
• 👥 Has experience leading and managing teams of writers, video editors, graphic designers, anchors, and other content creators.
• ✍️ Can think through scripting, storytelling, formats, campaigns, and content strategy .
• 🔥 Is highly creative, proactive, and ready to experiment and learn .
• ⚡ Most importantly, has the will to work, build, experiment, and make things happen .

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to make content .

We’re looking for someone who knows how to make people care.
