Website Designer — Fully Remote

About this role

CoTrain is hiring on behalf of a premium fintech platform built to simplify how people manage, move, and grow their money. They need a website designer to craft a marketing site that feels modern, trustworthy, and technology-driven — a premium banking experience. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace that connects companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work.

The visual direction is set: a sophisticated dark system with subtle financial-inspired elements, clean typography, immersive 3D visuals, and smooth interactions. Your job is to bring it to life.

What you’ll design

• A strong hero section that establishes the premium, technology-driven feel immediately
• Clear product-benefit sections that communicate what the platform does and why it matters
• Intuitive navigation and a layout that feels modern and effortless
• Financial-insights and security-feature sections that build trust
• Compelling calls to action throughout the flow
• A cohesive visual system: minimal black-and-graphite palette with refined blue accents, soft gradients, glassmorphism, and cinematic lighting

Who you are

• A strong web/visual designer with a portfolio of premium, polished sites (fintech, SaaS, or luxury/tech brands a plus)
• Expert in Figma, with high-fidelity mockups and a clean handoff
• Strong command of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable designing dark UI, gradients, glassmorphism, and cinematic/3D-inspired visuals
• An eye for the details that separate “nice” from “premium” — lighting, motion cues, and interaction polish
• Bonus: experience specifying 3D or motion elements, or collaborating closely with developers to preserve fidelity in build

Compensation

Up to $13,000 for the project, based on experience and scope. Remote, project-based (under one month).
