AI Engineer - Agentic AI AWS Microsoft Copilot Studio

Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS AI services .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Build enterprise AI assistants, RAG-based knowledge solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Develop integrations using Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, REST APIs, and enterprise connectors .
• Build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Claude, Knowledge Bases, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway .
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, guardrails, evaluation, and AI observability.
• Develop APIs/backend services supporting AI applications.
• Deploy secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Generative AI / AI Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI assistants or AI agents .
• Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs .
• Amazon Bedrock, Claude, RAG, Knowledge Bases, Lambda .
• Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases, Semantic Search, LLM Evaluation, AI Guardrails, and MCP .

Preferred

• Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with M365, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow integrations.
• Healthcare, Life Sciences, or MedTech experience.
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI.
