Job Description
Company: Practice Flow
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Remote (Nationwide)
Role Type: Independent Partnership / Contract (1099)
Compensation: 100% performance-based (1099).
Uncapped commission, recurring income, and a channel override. No base, no cap. A fully ramped book projects to 145,000–145,000–180,000 a year, compounding well beyond that as the recurring layer matures. Year one is a ramp and lands below that. These are model projections, not a guarantee. We walk through the full model on our first call.
Practice Flow is building a nationwide network of independent partners bringing AI into private healthcare practices.
About Practice Flow
Private practices are drowning in administrative bloat, burnout, and shrinking margins. The tools to fix this already exist. Generative AI, copilots, ambient scribes. Almost no one knows how to put them to work inside a real clinical day.
Practice Flow is an AI Transformation Consulting firm that starts where the software companies stop. We work only with private healthcare practices, and we deliver hands-on training built for how a practice actually runs. We don’t sell software. We sell time, margin, and sanity back to clinicians and their teams.
The Role
Most of our partners work direct, one practice at a time. This role works through the companies those practices already pay.
Revenue cycle firms, EHR add-on vendors, and healthcare AI companies each sit on hundreds of practice relationships. They have the trust and the standing invitation. What they don’t have is anyone teaching their customers to use what they bought. That gap is your opening.
You build partnerships with those companies and turn each one into a standing source of practice introductions. Then you close the practices those introductions send you.
The job has two halves and you do both. Landing a vendor is an executive conversation that runs months and involves their legal and security teams. Converting the flow is consultative discovery with practice owners, the same conversation our direct partners run. Someone who can only do one half will struggle here.
You won’t run workshops or build workflows. When a deal is signed, delivery is handled by our delivery and technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Land vendor partnerships. Open and close partnership agreements with ISVs, AI vendors, and revenue cycle companies serving private practices. Three deep anchor relationships and eight lighter ones make a full book.
- Turn a partnership into a pipeline. Build the co-marketing calendar, run the quarterly business reviews, and enable their reps so introductions arrive on a predictable rhythm.
- Close the practices that come through. Run consultative discovery with owners and administrators arriving pre-endorsed by a system they already pay for. They close at a materially higher rate than cold outreach.
- Release what you can’t service. A productive channel produces more introductions than one calendar holds. Hand those to another partner and earn an override on everything they produce, permanently.
- Grow and steward your accounts. Stay the constant contact on the clients you close, surfacing and closing deeper engagements as their needs grow.
Compensation & Partnership Structure
You earn on four streams:
- Uncapped commission. No base, no cap. A competitive commission on the full value of everything you close, across every service.
- Recurring income. Much of what we sell is subscription-based, and you earn on it monthly for as long as the account stays active. Sell well and your income compounds year over year.
- Channel override. A flat percentage on every engagement your vendor partnerships produce that someone else closes, one-time and recurring, for as long as you’re active. This is what makes a channel worth more than your own calendar. It runs around a third of total earnings on a ramped book.
- A stake in the firm. We’re in our founding chapter. Clear the gates inside your first twelve months and you earn the Founding Channel Partner designation: the strongest rates we offer, permanently, a retroactive bonus on everything you closed during the window, and a share of the firm’s annual profit that grows with your tenure. It is a performance bonus rather than equity, and it is the part of this that is not available later.
We share the full compensation model on our introductory call. That’s the main thing the call is for. …
