Executive / Personal / Household Assistant to Entrepreneur

**San Diego, CA $150K–$225K DOE + Benefits**

We are seeking an exceptional Executive / Personal / Household Assistant to support a successful entrepreneur and his family in San Diego.

This is a true hybrid role for someone who can seamlessly move between executive support, personal assistance, and hands-on household oversight . The principal works from his home office, so this person will be an integral part of keeping his professional, personal, and household life organized and running smoothly.

MUST HAVE:

• Meaningful experience working within a private residence

• Strong EA/PA experience supporting a busy entrepreneur, executive, principal, or UHNW family

• Demonstrated tenure and longevity in prior positions

• BA preferred

• Must be local to San Diego and able to work in person five days per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

Travel: Very limited

Responsibilities will include calendar and appointment management, household vendors and maintenance, property oversight, errands and purchasing, personal travel, vehicle management, medical and family appointments, bill organization, special projects, and maintaining detailed follow-up systems so nothing falls through the cracks.

The family has three children, ages 11, 4, and 1.5. This is NOT a nanny role , but candidates must be genuinely family-friendly and comfortable pitching in occasionally when needed.

The family is warm, active, health-conscious, and maintains a vegetarian/vegan household. They have an established team in place and are seeking someone who is kind, polished, discreet, razor-sharp, proactive, low ego, and highly service-oriented .

Compensation: $150K–$225K DOE + Benefits
