Role Overview:

We are looking for an Advanced Software Engineer - Developer Experience to build intuitive developer tools, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and supercharge engineering productivity across global software teams in Pittsford, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain internal platforms, automation tools, and CI/CD workflows for engineering teams.
• Optimize build systems, test automation frameworks, and development environments to reduce developer friction.
• Measure developer velocity and reliability metrics, using data to prioritize developer experience enhancements.
• Champion modern software engineering practices, containerization, and cloud-native development standards.
• Provide technical mentorship, documentation, and tooling support to multidisciplinary engineering groups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Deep expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Strong passion for developer advocacy, process automation, and system reliability.
