Job Description

Deep insurance domain expertise — strong understanding of insurance business processes, regulatory requirements, underwriting workflows, claims lifecycle, policy administration, reinsurance operations, and insurance data models.

Strong Product Ownership capabilities including backlog management, user story writing, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, release planning, and roadmap prioritization.

Ability to define and communicate product vision, business value, and feature priorities aligned with Agentic AI Platform strategic objectives.

Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, or intelligent automation platforms — understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and applicability within insurance use cases
