About Vibes Meet LLC

Vibes Meet LLC is building a creator, event, and sponsor monetization platform that helps organizers, creators, brands, and communities connect, monetize, and manage real-world and digital experiences. We are a fast-moving startup with distributed teams and an increasing need for strong operational support around company devices, team access, software coordination, and internal systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and technically capable Part-Time Technical Operations Assistant based in New York State. This role is not a basic admin position — you’ll act as a bridge between leadership, engineering, security, DevOps, QA, contractors, interns, and vendors. You’ll ensure company equipment is tracked, team members have the right access, technical tasks are documented, and operational loose ends don’t fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Company Device Management: Track, prepare, and coordinate company laptops, phones, tablets, and test devices. Handle onboarding/offboarding, repairs, and inventory.

Access & Security Support: Manage onboarding/offboarding for tools (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, etc.), monitor access, and escalate security concerns.

Software Development Support: Assist with Jira tickets, QA testing, bug reporting, GitHub coordination, and documentation.

Executive & Admin Support: Help leadership with scheduling, task tracking, vendor coordination, and meeting summaries.

Team & Vendor Coordination: Organize contractor records, onboarding/offboarding, and communication updates.

Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, bug reporting templates, and workflow guides.

Required Qualifications

Must live in New York State and be legally authorized to work.

20–25 hours/week availability.

Prior experience in operations, IT, QA, or technical assistant roles.

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, GitHub, Notion, Trello, Airtable, Figma.

Understanding of basic software-development workflows (tickets, bugs, QA, pull requests, releases).

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Strong written communication skills.

Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting startups, SaaS, or mobile app companies.

Basic knowledge of React, TypeScript, Django, Python, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms.

QA testing and bug reporting experience.

Familiarity with Google Workspace/Slack/GitHub/Jira admin tasks.

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices (MFA, access control, phishing awareness).

Experience with distributed teams and documentation creation.

Tools You May Use

Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Airtable, Zoom/Meet, Postman, Browser DevTools, TestFlight, AWS dashboards, device inventory tools.

Ideal Candidate

You’re resourceful, organized, and proactive. You notice problems before they escalate, manage both people and systems, and handle sensitive company information with care. Calm, professional, and reliable, you thrive in dynamic startup environments.

Success Metrics

Devices tracked and accounted for.

Clear onboarding/offboarding records.

Organized Jira tickets and bug reports.

Improved internal documentation.

Secure handling of company information.

Reduced operational loose ends for leadership.

Work Schedule

Part-time (15–25 hours/week). Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during agreed business hours and available for urgent coordination when needed.
