Job Description
- Loadbare is AI estimating software for construction. A contractor uploads a plan set or photographs a job, and we write the estimate on their own rates, not a generic price book. A real example: a fire station concrete package, $376,426 across 8 scope items with labor and material split out, produced from the architect’s drawings in about two minutes.
We sell to trades crews at $49 to $499 a month, and to builders running millions through their books at $2,000 to $15,000 a month.
WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE
Being straight with you, because the wrong hire here wastes both our time.
We are early. The product is live and it works. The pipeline is 14,000 scored contractor leads with verified contacts. What we do not have yet is a signed logo. You would be building the sales motion, not inheriting one.

THE MONEY
Commission only, paid on collected revenue, uncapped.
15 percent on deals you source. 25 percent on deals you close. 40 percent on deals you source and close.
Commissions run for the lifetime of the customer while you are with us. There is a tier ladder above this that opens up team overrides and equity at volume.
At the performance bar of 25 crews plus 5 high ticket accounts a month, an AE earns roughly $457K in year one. That assumes you hit the bar. Most people do not. It is a real ceiling, not a promise.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO
Work a scored list of contractors, general contractors and developers. Run the demo yourself, live, quoting the prospect’s own job on the call. Close, then stay on the account while it pays. Log everything in the CRM. If it is not in the CRM it did not happen.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have closed net new business cold, ideally SMB or mid market. You are comfortable selling software to people who do not like software. Construction or trades experience is a real advantage but not required. You can operate without a manager checking your calendar.
