Paralegal / AI Trainer

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Analyst, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or related legal fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong legal writing, proofreading, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with legal research methodologies and statutory interpretation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology.
• Experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, or government agencies.
• Ability to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and legal risks.
• Advanced written communication and editing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.

Work Environment This is a fully remote, project-based consulting engagement with a flexible schedule, requiring a commitment of 30-40 hours per week. The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of law and technology, helping to shape how AI supports legal professionals.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $125.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
