Job Description
We are seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer to drive our end-to-end software delivery, cloud migrations, and modern application engineering. Unlike traditional developers who write code line-by-line, this role requires a candidate who acts as an AI Orchestrator—using advanced AI agents like Windsurf (Cascade) and Devin (Cognition) to build applications, modernize legacy systems, write Terraform/Bicep configurations, deploy Azure infrastructure, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines. Core ResponsibilitiesRapid Application Development: Leverage Windsurf (in-IDE agentic workflows) and Devin (autonomous cloud agents) to rapidly build, test, and deploy new microservices and web applications from scratch. On-Premises to Azure Migration: Orchestrate complex codebase refactoring, convert legacy architectures (e.g., MS Access, monoliths) into cloud-native apps (Dataverse, AKS, Azure Web Apps), and automate data/schema migrations using AI workflows.Code Upgrades & Modernization: Execute large-scale, multi-file code refactoring, language upgrades, dependency updates, and security patch automation across multi-repo environments. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud Deployment: Use AI agents to write, validate, and execute Terraform, Azure Bicep, and Kubernetes manifests for provisioning Azure resources (AKS, App Gateway, SQL, APIM).CI/CD & DevOps Automation: Configure, test, and maintain automated Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, and container build processes through AI-assisted script generation and terminal execution. Self-Debugging & Quality Assurance: Direct Devin and Windsurf to self-correct runtime errors, analyze logs, resolve pipeline failures, and achieve high unit-test coverage autonomously.
