CMS Developer (WordPress Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled CMS developer with strong WordPress expertise who can build custom, high-quality websites from the ground up. WordPress is the core of this role, but experience with other platforms like Shopify and GoHighLevel (GHL) is a valuable plus. You’ll handle everything from custom themes and plugins to e-commerce, funnels, and learning platforms, delivering clean, reliable builds for clients across the Dutch, German, and European markets.

What You’ll Do

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build custom functionality using hooks (actions and filters), ACF, and custom post types
• Customize WooCommerce for e-commerce stores
• Set up and customize LMS platforms for online learning
• Build and manage sites, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Work with other CMS or e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) where needed
• Ensure clean, maintainable code and solid site performance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing sites

What You Bring

• Proven experience in custom WordPress development (not just page builders)
• Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Hands-on experience with ACF, custom post types, and WordPress hooks
• WooCommerce and LMS customization experience
• Familiarity with other platforms like Shopify and GoHighLevel/GHL (a plus)
• Detail-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable owning full builds

The Ideal Candidate

• A hands-on CMS developer, strongest on WordPress, who can build anything — from custom stores to funnels and learning platforms — with clean, dependable code. Experience across other platforms like Shopify and GoHighLevel is a bonus.

Pay: Up to Rs1.00 per month
