Job Description

Responsibilities
- Help customers build on AI platforms
- Design architecture for customer solutions
- Unblock integration challenges for customers
- Carry customers to production deployments
- Hold technical conversations with customer CTOs
- Write code to prove technical points
Requirements
- 3+ years in software, solutions, or ML engineering
- Experience with Python or TypeScript
- Real experience with LLM serving, fine-tuning, or agent frameworks
- Customer-facing experience (solutions, forward deployed, consulting)
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure and production deployments
- Based in the US with willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Built with LLMs beyond the demo stage
- Likes solving real integration problems
- Clear writing and fast follow-through for remote work
- Links to projects built with models used by real people
