Bilingual Executive Assistant + Analytical Support
QUICK FACTS
Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (fully ON SITE)
Pay range: $87K – 130K Depending on Experience
Duration: Permanent
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- 3–5 years supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience with AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in a professional setting
- Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills (ThinkCell preferred)
- Strong organizational and research abilities
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Manage calendar, meetings, and logistics across time zones
- Leverage AI tools to draft communications, analyze data, and automate workflows
- Prepare executive presentations with data visualization and storytelling
- Conduct research and track KPIs for strategic decision-making
- Act as a bilingual liaison and handle confidential information with discretion
