The Opportunity in One Line

We’re looking for a commercial founder to build the company that helps American professionals and small businesses establish a verified, structured digital identity, for search engines, AI assistants and prospective customers. The delivery capability already exists. Your job: find the sharpest customer need, win the market’s trust, and build the commercial company around it.

Compensation

Salary of $80,000 to $120,000 per year and a path to significant ownership. Vesting and related terms are agreed in the Co-Founder agreement.

About A Foundery

A Foundery is a profit-led venture studio that partners with operators to build cash-positive companies through focused execution. The Customer Problem

Professionals and local businesses depend on digital discovery, but their information is scattered across websites, directories, social profiles, review platforms and outdated listings. A CPA, attorney, realtor, contractor or restaurant may keep several disconnected profiles, while still paying for website work, SEO and listings, yet search engines and AI systems still find incomplete or poorly structured information. It fails because:

• The product , a professionally structured profile that acts as a clear digital reference point for the business.
• The managed service , intake, verification, profile writing, publishing, updates and ongoing maintenance.
• The delivery operation , standardized workflows, structured content, search metadata, quality checks and offshore delivery pods.
• The commercial company , US customer acquisition, positioning, pricing, partnerships, onboarding, account management and revenue growth, owned by you.

Commercial model: a $99 one-time profile-creation fee, plus optional management at $3.99/month (three-month minimum) or $24/year. WebRegistry.ai already has customer and deployment experience, a managed service, not a software product waiting to be invented. The Co-Founder is not expected to build the technology.
