Compliance Assistant - Volunteer

The Compliance Assistant will support the Head of Compliance and ultimately the Falcon Foundation in maintaining high standards of governance, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, operational administration, and risk management.

The successful candidate will work closely with trustees, volunteers, educational partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure the Foundation operates in accordance with UK charity regulations and internal policies.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with Charity Commission requirements and internal governance procedures.

• Conflict of Interest Register
• Risk Register
• Volunteer Records
• Partnership & Sponsorship Registers

• Policy Review Logs

• Assist with annual compliance reviews and trustee documentation.
• Monitor policy review dates and ensure policies remain current and aligned with best practice.
