Employment Type: Contract
⏳ Duration: 3+ Months (Extendable)
Compensation: Up to ₹2,00,000 per month
Shift: General IST Hours

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to join a high-impact enterprise insurance technology project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire implementations, Guidewire Cloud, GOSU development, and Guidewire core products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Guidewire applications.
- Participate in Guidewire Cloud implementation and migration projects.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
- Configure and customize Guidewire modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 8+ years of overall IT experience
✔ 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience
✔ 2+ years of Guidewire Cloud experience
✔ Expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
✔ Strong knowledge of GOSU programming language
✔ Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and data model configuration
✔ Understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture and deployment models
✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and client-facing experience
Preferred Skills
Guidewire Certifications
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience
REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Cloud and DevOps exposure
