Job Description
JCW is partnering with a leading global management consultancy to hire hands-on GenAI engineers to build AI products and automate internal processes.
These are delivery roles. Architecture and technical direction are set, so you’ll be building against a defined plan in an established AWS, Snowflake and Databricks environment.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship GenAI products across multiple model providers
- Automate internal processes with LLM-driven workflows
- Engineer the data pipelines and models that feed them
- Implement AI controls and governance within the platform
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on GenAI engineering with Claude, OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
- Strong data engineering, ideally with dbt
- Snowflake experience, Cortex a strong plus
- Databricks, including model serving
- Ontologies or semantic modeling
- Experience with AI control planes or AI governance
The detail
- Engagement type: Consultant
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 to 12 months with extensions
- Location: East Coast - Preferably New York Boston or Charlotte
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
