Medix is working with a scaling organization to support AI development within the healthcare space. This role is focused on training AI as a domain expert in your particular area of expertise. You will create complex, real-world tasks to test, grade, and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure they operate accurately and safely in healthcare contexts.

💡 Opportunity Details

Pay Rate: $75/hour ($2,250 – $3,000/week)

Duration: 12-week project engagement (with flexible, project-based options to continue working after the initial 12 weeks)

Weekly Commitment: 30–40 hours per week

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the US)

Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking professionals with deep subject matter expertise in structured healthcare administrative, operational, or revenue-focused roles, including:

• Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, RHIT, Coding Auditors)

• Revenue Cycle Management & Health Information Management (HIM)

• Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)

• Utilization Review & Case Management (including Utilization Review Nurses)

• Healthcare Operations & Practice Managers

• Health Plan & Payer Operations (Quality Improvement, Credentialing)

• Providers (MDs and APPs - ideally with AI expertise)

• Healthcare Professionals with Prior AI Training Experience

Note: Practical experience and deep domain knowledge matter most; formal certifications are preferred but not strictly required.

🛠️ Key Requirements

• Proven background in Healthcare Operations (including any skill set listed above)

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, as you will be training an LLM to work through complex tasks.

• General understanding of LLMs/AI tools and a high attention to detail.

• Ability to complete a paid assessment as part of the evaluation process.

• Must have a reliable computer and decent WiFi to work from home.
