Job Description
AI Evaluation Researcher – Master’s / PhD
Syncrope Solutions is hiring Master’s and PhD researchers for remote AI Evaluation (Evals) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs.
- Analyze complex technical and research-based problems.
- Provide accurate feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Review and validate evaluation tasks and datasets.
- Apply your subject-matter expertise to AI evaluation projects.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical/research field.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Ability to work independently.
