AI Operations Analyst, Parsippany, 75k, Hospitality Industry, ON SITE
US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD ONLY
MUST HAVE MICROSOFT 365 EXPERIENCE
THE POSITION IS ON SITE, NO REMOTE, NO HYBRID
The AI & Process Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of AI‑enabled and system‑driven workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across restaurant, real estate and corporate operations
- 3–6 years of experience in process improvement, operations enablement, analytics, systems support, or related roles
- Experience supporting automation, AI tools, or enterprise productivity platforms
- Strong process documentation and training skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance and Operations teams
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot , Power Platform, or similar tools
- Exposure to ERP, or AP automation systems
- Experience in restaurant, retail, real estate or multi‑unit operations environments
