Bilingual Administrative & Executive Assistant (Mandarin/English)

Job Description：

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Bilingual Administrative & Executive Assistant to support management and assist with daily business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, communicates well, learns quickly, and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management with daily tasks and follow-ups
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners by phone, text, and email
• Draft and respond to emails in English and Chinese
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Follow up on orders, shipments, deliveries, and pending issues
• Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, forms, and reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and accounting teams
• Assist with purchasing and vendor communication when needed
• Help management keep track of priorities and deadlines
• Handle other administrative and business-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and Google Workspace
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to multitask and follow through without constant supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous administrative, operations, logistics, import/export, or wholesale experience is a plus
• Must be able to work on-site in City of Industry

We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, trustworthy, and interested in a long-term position.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
