Staff Platform Engineer

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Temp to Hire)

**Location: Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of any Client office location listed below: Draper, UT Columbus, OH Plano, TX Chadds Ford, PA Wilmington, DE NYC/Manhattan. (Hybrid Role: 1-2 Times A Week In Office)**

Certification Requirement

Candidate must have at least one of the following certifications:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Google Cloud Digital Leader

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise platform capabilities, shared services, automation solutions, and developer productivity platforms .
• Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices .
