High i.Q. is an AI-powered growth platform built for real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and brokerages. Our system handles lead outreach, qualification, and follow-up through AI-driven calls, texts, and emails, so our clients spend their time on conversations that matter instead of chasing leads that go cold.

We work with agents, named teams, and brokerage owners across the country. Two of our current sales reps are active real estate agents who were clients first, they liked the system enough that they decided to help sell it. That tells you something about the product.

We’re growing and we’re building the sales team to keep up with it.

The Role

We’re hiring for the setter position with a direct and intentional path into the closer role. Most reps make that transition within 30 to 60 days.

The setter phase isn’t a trial period. It’s how you earn real money while you learn the product, the process, and how to have the kind of conversations that actually move people. By the time you’re running your own demos, you already know the system and you’re not figuring it out in front of a prospect.

What You’ll Do

As a setter you’ll make outbound calls to real estate and mortgage professionals, qualify prospects, and book product demos. You’ll work a consistent daily call volume, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and learn how to turn a cold call into a real conversation with someone who actually has a problem you can solve.

As a closer you’ll run those demos yourself, walk prospects through the product, and close new clients. Most of our closers self-source the majority of their own appointments which matters significantly for how they get paid.

What the Money Looks Like

We tell every new rep the same thing upfront: Month 1 is slow. You’re still learning the product, building your pipeline, and figuring out which conversations work. Most new setters close 2 deals or so their first month. That’s normal and expected, it’s not a sign that something is wrong.

Here’s what an honest ramp looks like at 2 deals in Month 1, building to a consistent 8 deals a month from there:

Six-month total: ~$55,800. Annualized run rate by month 6: ~$168,000 per year and that number keeps climbing every month your active clients renew.

Top-performing setters who hit volume thresholds earn up to 50% on upfront commissions, which accelerates that curve significantly.

As a closer, with roughly half your deals self-sourced at 75% commission and half coming through a setter at 30%:

Six-month total: ~$99,600. Annualized run rate by month 6: ~$247,000 per year.

Every client you close keeps paying monthly. You earn residuals on every active subscription for the life of that relationship. Our clients on 6-month commitments who make it to month 6 almost always extend well past a year. The book of business you build in your first six months keeps paying you in month twelve, month eighteen, and beyond on top of whatever new deals you close.

This is not a role where your check resets to zero on the first of the month.

What You Need

A computer and reliable internet. The discipline to work a consistent daily process without someone managing your calendar. The confidence to pick up the phone and have real conversations with business owners who didn’t ask you to call.

You don’t need a tech background. You do need a basic understanding of real estate or mortgage or the drive to get there fast. If you’ve sold to agents, brokers, or loan officers before, that’s a real advantage.

The Honest Part

Real estate and mortgage professionals are sitting on databases full of leads their teams can’t physically call fast enough. They’re losing serious money every month not because the leads aren’t there but because there aren’t enough hours in the day to work them.
