  • Make approved clothing, accessory, beauty, travel, gift, and other purchases on behalf of the Founder.
  • Track retailer, amount, payment method, delivery status, return deadline, and final disposition for every clothing purchase.
  • Coordinate deliveries, exchanges, alterations, pickups, and returns; verify that refunds and store credits are received.
  • Follow up on missing, delayed, damaged, duplicate, fraudulent, or incorrectly credited transactions.
  • Track company samples and borrowed items and ensure they are returned to the company or outside party when required.
  • Obtain written approval before exceeding budgets or committing company funds. Cards may not be shared or added to another person’s digital wallet without written authorization.
