Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect – AI, Machine Learning & Enterprise Solutions to partner directly with clients to identify business challenges, design innovative technology solutions, and lead enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a highly consultative, client-facing role requiring strong capabilities in both business consulting and technical solution architecture. The ideal candidate has successfully designed and implemented enterprise AI, Machine Learning (ML), conversational AI, automation, CRM, ERP, cloud, and integration solutions and can confidently guide executive stakeholders from business discovery through solution design and implementation.

You will serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Mandatory Conversational AI Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience personally designing, developing, implementing, or deploying customer-facing AI agents capable of engaging customers through BOTH phone/voice and text-based channels.

Candidates should be prepared to explain:

• When and where they developed the AI agent.
• The organization/client and industry for which the solution was developed.
• The business process or task the agent was designed to perform.
• How many AI agents they have personally built, designed, or implemented.
• The industries or sectors in which those agents were deployed.
• The technology/platform used to build the conversational AI solution.
• The specific technology used for voice/telephone interactions.
• The specific technology used for text/chat interactions.

Experience limited to traditional IVR, general AI/ML architecture, internal AI tools, RAG solutions, or text-only chatbots without hands-on customer-facing voice AND text conversational AI experience does not meet this requirement.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Discovery & Client Consulting

• Lead discovery workshops with executive stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, current technology environments, and future-state goals.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, cloud modernization, and enterprise application improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
• Present recommendations, architectures, roadmaps, and technology strategies to executive and technical stakeholders.

Solution Architecture

• Design enterprise technology solutions utilizing AI, Machine Learning, cloud technologies, CRM, ERP, APIs, conversational AI, and enterprise integrations.
• Architect conversational AI solutions across customer-facing voice and text channels.
• Design intelligent automation and workflow optimization solutions.
• Develop architectures that balance business objectives, customer experience, scalability, security, reliability, governance, and cost.
• Produce architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical roadmaps, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and properly implemented.
