Junior Software Developer

A fast-growing business in the marketing technology space is looking for a Junior Developer. You will join a small, autonomous team of developers responsible for owning specific product features and deploying code frequently within a high-trust, agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating in small teams of three to four developers to design and build new product features.
• Taking ownership of specific pieces of the product and making technical decisions on implementation.
• Participating in a high-frequency deployment environment with over 200 deployments per day.
• Utilising technology and experience to solve complex problems within an Agile framework.
• Engaging in continuous learning and professional development within an open and supportive culture.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent university graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of at least one core language such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and modern development practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
