We provide practical tools, structured learning opportunities, and peer connections that enable decision-makers to navigate challenges, strengthen strategy, and execute their work more effectively.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a thoughtful and proactive Executive Assistant to manage the CEO’s office and support a small, collaborative executive leadership team.

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the executive office, with a primary focus on supporting the Chief Executive Officer. This position partners closely with a small executive leadership team (3 total) and serves as a key coordinator of priorities, information flow, and administrative operations.

The EA manages complex scheduling, prepares leaders for meetings and engagements, supports communication workflows, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity while exercising good judgment
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support a range of organizational needs
