AI Engineer / AI Solutions Developer (Azure & Generative AI)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Solutions Developer with strong expertise in Python, Azure Cloud, REST API development, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Build and deploy production-grade REST APIs with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise AI use cases.
• Develop and integrate AI services using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud-based AI solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI applications in production environments.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, deployment, and cloud operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience developing and deploying solutions using Azure Functions and Azure AI Foundry.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade REST APIs.
• Deep understanding and practical implementation experience of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience with Azure services such as:

• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Azure Storage

• Azure Log Analytics

• Strong knowledge of API design, integration, and security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG-based applications.
