The Role

The AI Product and Operations Lead will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder across all areas of the business, from shaping long-term strategy and supporting fundraising conversations to rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day operational needs.

This is not a narrowly defined product role, it is a high-impact generalist position for someone comfortable owning initiatives end to end. You will lead the integration of cutting-edge AI tools across the entire business to build a lean, scalable, AI-native operation.

What experience does the AI Product and Operations Lead need?

• At least four years of professional experience across product, operations, strategy, consulting, or a broad generalist background
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them through to completion with minimal oversight
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tooling, experience using Claude Code, and a genuine interest in applying emerging technology to real business problems
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship (US citizen or Green Card holder)
