About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our intelligent recruitment platform. You will be responsible for building and optimizing machine learning models that enhance our candidate matching and assessment capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into the Nodi platform.
- Analyze large datasets to improve recruitment accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning (typically expected).
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data engineering (typically expected).
