This is a hands-on Senior Engineering opportunity for Java professionals who enjoy solving complex problems around concurrency, performance, memory optimization and cloud infrastructure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own backend services across design → development → testing → debugging → deployment → continuous improvement , while working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Core Java .
- Build and maintain RESTful web services/APIs .
- Work on highly concurrent and multi-threaded applications .
- Diagnose performance issues, memory leaks and JVM/GC-related problems.
- Build and manage services using AWS cloud resources .
- Work hands-on with Linux/Unix and Bash scripting .
- Work with databases and production environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Git and engineering best practices .
- Participate in architecture/code reviews and technical improvements.
- Guide engineers and promote strong development practices.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of hands-on Core Java experience
- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs/web services .
- Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency .
- Experience with memory optimization, memory leaks and/or GC tuning .
- Hands-on AWS experience.
- Strong Linux/Unix and Bash exposure.
- Good database knowledge.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Git/GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
The core mandate specifically calls for 4+ years of Core Java, REST services, concurrency, memory optimization, AWS, Linux/Unix, databases and CI/CD.
