Solutions Consultant – AI & Enterprise Platforms

  • W2 Only role.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to help nonprofit partners assess, adopt, and maximize donated enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and implementation planning.
  • Translate nonprofit business challenges into practical AI, automation, and enterprise-platform solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and nonprofit leadership.
  • Support technology assessments, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • Create reusable demos, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple partner engagements and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Technical Sales, or Enterprise Platform Implementation .
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow or platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics .
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, integrations, solution architecture, and technical demonstrations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

Preferred: Nonprofit, social-impact, philanthropy, NGO, or technology-for-good experience.
