Marketing Assistant

The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our Clients exceptionally happy. The Marketing Assistant plays an important role in making sure that happens.

The Marketing Assistant handles client communications, marketing campaigns and phone call follow ups to current and prospective customers, envelope stuffing, data entry, shipping and handling and coordination for our marketing materials with the executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

✓ Duties will be including but not limited to stuffing envelopes, phone calls to both perspective and current clients, data entry, shipping and handling of packages and mailing campaigns.

We’ll rely on this person to be responsible for making sure our monthly newsletters, postcards, social posts, direct mail advertising and CRM is up to date on a daily basis.
