Senior UI/UX Designer/Onsite

Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujranwala. This role involves leading end-to-end design for web and digital products, including gathering requirements, defining user flows, and translating business needs into intuitive interfaces. The designer will create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, refining user journeys, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and working with front-end developers to implement and test designs. The Senior UI/UX Designer is expected to mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and continuously improve the overall user experience across client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, and interaction design.
• Expertise in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create clean, modern, and brand-consistent UI.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and methods for building interactive prototypes and validating design concepts.
• Practical understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven track record in a senior or lead UI/UX role, preferably within digital agencies or product-focused environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Gujranwala, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
