Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Mid/Senior Java / J2EE Developers to join a dynamic team working on enterprise-scale systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API-driven architecture , along with exposure to modern cloud and distributed systems.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Work on system enhancements, migrations, and performance improvements
• Support release cycles including deployment and post-release monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, DevOps)
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE & Spring Boot
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server preferred)
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins or similar)
• Experience with unit & integration testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in enterprise or distributed systems

Nice to Have:

• Angular or frontend exposure
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in large-scale system migrations
• Banking / Financial Services / Insurance domain exposure
