System Network Administrator

**Contract-to-Hire Princeton, NJ**

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop break/fix support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage ticket queue, including prioritization, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
• Perform PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and SCCM-based patching and software distribution.
• Support Active Directory user accounts, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Monitor Veeam backups, perform tape rotations, and assist with basic recovery procedures.
• Support local IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Cisco switches, network connectivity, and Check Point firewalls.
• Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
• Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server support.
• SCCM/MECM administration, software deployment, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Cisco switches, and Check Point firewalls.
• Experience with Veeam backups and infrastructure support.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with EasyVista, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on site support role.
