About the Role:

Contract Duration: 2 Months (Extendable based on Performance and Project Demand)

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Graphic Designer (Contractual) with

2-4 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is

passionate about visual design, eager to learn, and capable of creating engaging digital and

print assets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and social media creatives, along with a solid understanding of visual design, typography, layouts, branding, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX -Graphic Design (internship experience is

welcome).

Key Responsibilities:

● Design intuitive and visually engaging websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile apps.

● Create engaging and on-brand social media posts, banners, digital creatives, and marketing materials.

● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

● Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.

● Convert business and user requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.

● Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.

● Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software will be considered an added advantage.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

● Use AI-powered creative tools to explore concepts, generate visual assets, and improve the design workflow.

● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends.

Tools Expertise in:

Must Have:

● Figma

● Adobe Photoshop

● Adobe Illustrator

Bonus:

● Knowledge of any video editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) will be an added advantage.

● Any AI-powered creative/design tool (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, or similar)

Portfolio Requirement:

A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should showcase a combination of:

Web/App UI designs

UX case studies or product design work

Social media creatives

Graphic/visual design work

Branding or marketing creatives (if available)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
