• Adelaide CBD location with Monday to Friday hours between 7.00am and 8.00pm

**About the opportunity**Due to continued growth, our client is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their national contact centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people, coordinating information, and delivering a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders. **About the role**Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support Residential Valuers through the end-to-end valuation process. You will manage and coordinate inspection bookings, reschedules, workflow progression, system updates and stakeholder communication.
Acting as a central point of contact for clients, valuers and internal teams, you will help ensure a high level of service delivery, operational efficiency and timely turnaround.
This is a phone-based role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes and workflows within a supportive and collaborative team environment. **About you**

• Previous experience delivering positive customer service over the phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident computer skills and the ability to complete administrative tasks accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• A positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn
• Availability to attend in-person interviews immediately
• Ability to commence ASAP or by 30 September 2026
