Job Description

Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

  • Experience Range: 5-8 years

  • Role Overview: Bridges hands-on software development with technical leadership. Responsible for building complex, scalable backend or full-stack applications, mentoring junior engineers, and driving architectural and code quality decisions within an agile squad.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance and database queries.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices in testing, CI/CD, and clean code principles.

  • Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Go, or Node.js; deep experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
