Job Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The ICPWeb project is a web-based application supporting the processing and tracking of periodic mailers both sent and then received by HRA. This application is responsible for the stopping of benefit closing as a result of processing of returned periodic mailers. This application is also part of the re-engineering effort for the (IVS) Information Verification Services collaterals implementation. Population of the IVS collaterals is now tied to the processing of ICPWeb periodic mailers.
Tasks & Duties
- Create and maintain technical artefacts for agency wide applications
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of application inventories across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
- Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOM) for applications prior to submission to I&O and governance bodies.
- Create and standardize Runbooks, System Architecture Documents, and Security Accreditation artifacts.
- Prepare and submit firewall rules for inbound and outbound communications.
- Verify provisioned infrastructure components against approved architecture designs.
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and governance processes.
- Liaise with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
