Job Description
EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana (Kamin Industries, Inc) is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead our Neighborhood Outreach Team in South Bend.
This is a field-based, player-coach leadership role. Our outreach representatives go door to door speaking with homeowners and scheduling free basement and foundation inspections. They do not quote or sell anything at the door.
The manager will recruit the team, train the team, knock doors alongside the team, track the numbers daily, and be paid based on what the department produces.
Compensation:
Base pay is $1,100 per week, paid weekly. The role also includes production pay and team bonus opportunities. Realistic first-year earnings for the right person are $110,000 to $150,000.
This is not an office management job. You do not get to six figures by managing from a truck. You get there by personally knocking, training, recruiting, holding people accountable, and building a team that produces.
Strong backgrounds may include:
- Restaurant or retail general managers,
- Assistant managers,
- Foremen,
- Crew leads,
- Military NCOs,
- Route managers,
- Pest control or home service managers,
- Coaches,
- Direct sales leaders,
- Cutco-style district leaders,
- Canvassing leaders,
- or anyone who has led people in a job where showing up and hitting numbers mattered.
The right person will:
- Build and lead a team of 5 to 6 outreach representatives
- Knock doors personally every week
- Recruit and train continuously
- Run a daily scoreboard
- Confirm appointments before they reach the inspection team
- Travel to Toledo for one to two weeks of paid initial training
- Work outdoors in Indiana and Michigan weather
- Lead with discipline, accountability, and personal production
EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana is independently owned and operated in South Bend. We are building this department the right way and are looking for a serious leader who wants to build something, not babysit something.
To apply, send your resume and a brief note describing the biggest team you have led and the number you were responsible for hitting.
