Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead, AI based in United States. This role leads the strategy, development, and evolution of technology learning solutions focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technical capabilities. You will shape packaged offerings that help enterprise customers build critical skills and achieve measurable business outcomes. The position combines solution strategy, curriculum design, market intelligence, commercialization, and cross-functional leadership in a highly collaborative environment. You will define the expert point of view, establish solution roadmaps, and bring together courses, hands-on learning, assessments, instructor-led training, and program management. Working closely with product, sales, marketing, technical experts, and enterprise customers, you will translate evolving AI skill needs into differentiated solutions. Data, customer feedback, learner outcomes, and market trends will guide continuous improvement and portfolio decisions. This is an influential opportunity to help organizations operationalize AI capabilities while shaping forward-looking learning experiences that remain relevant in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

Accountabilities

  • Own the expert point of view for AI-focused solutions, establishing the strategic foundation, market perspective, and differentiated value proposition for the portfolio.
  • Design packaged solution offerings by defining their target audience, customer problem, intended business outcomes, structure, milestones, and overall program architecture.
  • Develop the frameworks and components required for successful solutions, including messaging, courses, hands-on labs, assessments, instructor-facilitated learning, and program management.
  • Provide program-level designs and learning direction to curriculum teams responsible for translating the strategy into detailed course-level learning objectives.
  • Maintain and communicate a 12–18 month portfolio roadmap, including new solution levels, variants, accelerators, and updates driven by emerging AI trends and customer needs.
  • Test and continuously refine solution designs using experiments, cohort results, engagement data, learner outcomes, and customer feedback across formats, levels, assessments, and service overlays.
  • Establish and monitor solution-level performance benchmarks, including pipeline, win rate, adoption, cohort completion, and customer outcome metrics, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with enterprise sales teams on opportunity strategy, strategic deals, customer references, and targeted commercial plays, providing direct support for high-priority opportunities.
  • Monitor changes in technical expertise and enterprise skill requirements, translating emerging needs into timely updates and new directions for the solutions portfolio.
  • Identify and collaborate with subject-matter experts, transforming complex technical knowledge into accessible, high-quality learning experiences for professional and technical audiences.
  • Represent the AI solutions portfolio with executive presence and credibility across internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, subject-matter experts, and relevant industry audiences.
  • Coordinate across content, product, engineering, professional services, sales, marketing, and other go-to-market teams to align priorities and successfully bring solutions to market.
  • Use market intelligence, customer insights, learner data, and performance metrics to identify content gaps, improve program quality, and drive continuous portfolio evolution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design/building, technical content development, learning solutions, or a related field.
  • Proven experience defining and launching packaged solutions rather than standalone content, ideally within a SaaS, technology, professional services, or comparable environment.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and modern learning methodologies, with demonstrated ability to structure blended learning experiences around measurable professional and technical outcomes.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs that combine on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, hands-on experiences, assessments, and structured program management.
  • Deep understanding of AI…
