Tasks & Duties

• Develop system design specifications
• Design responsive frontend interfaces using Angular (2.0–17), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap for both .NET Core applications and legacy ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Design database-driven scheduling and logging architectures for Windows Services including cron-based job configuration and execution monitoring.
• Design scalable application architectures using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC 4, .NET Core 3.1, and N-tier design patterns including Repository, Singleton, and Dependency Injection.
• Design data models and relational database structures using both Oracle and SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes, and views.
• Design RESTful Web API for several applications.
• Design ETL workflows and data integration pipelines using SSIS packages for extraction, transformation, and loading of client data across multiple source systems.
• Design SSRS report layouts and data sources for various business and operational reporting requirements.
• Design application deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure platform services.
• Design system architecture and implementation plans and features using multi-tier VB.NET Business/Data layer patterns with Oracle PL/SQL backend.
• Design database schemas, Oracle stored procedure packages, lookup tables, and staging tables to support new features, and role-based access control.
• Develop system documentation
• Develop detailed implementation plans and technical specification documents for new features including database DDL scripts, stored procedure logic, middleware C# logic, frontend implementations, and end-to-end testing checklists.
• Develop production incident analysis documentation including root cause identification, fix options with risk assessments, and deployment procedures.
• Develop SSRS report documentation and SSIS package specifications for ETL processes and business reporting requirements.
• Develop operational and deployment procedures for .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular web applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Develop technical documentation for Web API endpoints including request/response specifications and error handling guidelines.
• Develop user-facing and internal documentation for Windows Services, Hangfire Jobs, batch processes, and scheduled jobs including configuration guides and monitoring procedures.
• Perform System Design
• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#.NET, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core 3.1, ASP.NET MVC 4, and Web API.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular (2.0–17), React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap with AJAX-based interactions and client-side validation.
• Create and maintain stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes, and views in both SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Design and implement data access layers using Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET for efficient database communication.
• Create and maintain SSIS packages for ETL of client data and develop SSRS reports for business and operational requirements.
• Develop RESTful Web APIs and WCF services using C#.NET for inter-system communication and data exchange.
• Implement and maintain windows services and Hangfire-based background job processing for recurring tasks, scheduled data operations, and automated workflows with dashboard monitoring, retry logic, and failure alerting.
• Implement application security features using .NET security mechanisms including authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Microsoft Azure platform services and IIS web server configuration.
• Manage source control, branching, merging, and release management using Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Design and implement new features and enhancements using VB.NET behind, ASP.NET Web Forms, and Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages and stored procedures to support various processes.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and database-level bugs including ORA errors, data integrity issues, and browser compatibility problems.
• Refactor and extend VB.NET Windows Services for automated XML/CSV file processing with Oracle integration.
