What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers while also designing and preparing graphics for production. You’ll work closely with customers and teammates to ensure every project is completed accurately and on time.

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Consult with customers to understand their signage and visual communication needs.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and work orders.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate projects from initial inquiry through final delivery.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services (“Everybody Sells” mentality).

Graphic Design & Project Coordination

• Create and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Prepare production-ready files for printing, cutting, and fabrication.
• Review customer artwork and ensure files meet production requirements.
• Create layouts, proofs, illustrations, and signage based on customer specifications.
• Source images and maintain customer artwork libraries.
• Communicate with production staff to ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect artwork and production files for quality before output.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow established production standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, graphic design, or sign industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (required); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
