**Senior Python Developer Long-Term Contract Up to €500 per day**

As a Senior Python Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a cloud-native web platform relied upon by market-leading financial institutions worldwide. Working with Python, you’ll develop secure, scalable backend services, APIs and web-based solutions that process complex regulatory data at scale.

This is a long-term day-rate contract with excellent prospects for extension or a permanent opportunity. With just 2-3 days on site per month, you’ll enjoy genuine remote-first flexibility while working alongside expert developers and engineers across the globe.

You’ll:

• Design and develop secure, scalable and high-performance web applications, backend services and APIs using Python.
• Work closely with Business and Technical teams to turn ideas into innovative web solutions through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from initial design and development through testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years Python development experience.
• Strong Python development experience building scalable, production-grade web applications and backend systems.
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills, ideally with PostgreSQL.
• Experience working across the full web development lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and optimisation.
