A Little Bit About the Role…

As an Assistant Store Manager at Kathmandu , you’ll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:

• Lead and develop your team

  coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.

• Bring a customer‑obsessed mindset

  delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.

• Drive operational excellence

  managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.

• Use strong commercial awareness

  understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.

• Champion the outdoors and sustainability -embodying our purpose and inspiring customers through authentic passion for adventure.
