What’s my job?

Located in our Sydney office, you’re a Production Assistant in the Production team, reporting to the Head of Production.

Your role is the backbone of the action - part problem-solver, part creative enabler. You’ll seamlessly juggle the logistical and technical demands of our team, keep things moving like clockwork, and ensure our campaigns shine from set to screen. From sorting the nitty-gritty to handling digital assets with finesse, you’re the person who helps make the magic happen.

A day in the life

• You’ll work closely across production and post production teams, touching everything from dispatch and scheduling to compliance reporting and asset admin.
• Assist with the coordination of shoots, from setting up to wrapping up.
• Run errands for the production team, including picking up equipment, props, and anything else needed on set.
• You anticipate needs - coordinating schedules, call sheets, and administrative workflows so shoots and post runs stay on track.
• You’re the calm before, during, and after the creative storm, making sure assets flow impeccably into post-production.
• You keep timelines, schedules, and workflows on point. Chaos doesn’t exist on your watch.

• Confidence communicating across teams, with producers, editors, and suppliers alike.
• Previous experience in an agency or managing workflows? Even better.
