Job Description
We’re looking for someone who will thrive at the centre of a dynamic and growing investment business.
Description
At Spring Capital Partners, we work closely with leading fund managers, professional investors and industry partners across the UK and Europe. We organise a wide range of meetings, events and marketing initiatives that help connect investors with high-quality investment opportunities.
We’re seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive and personable individual who can help deliver these experiences while also providing executive support to our directors through diary management, travel coordination and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating exceptional experiences. One day you might be organising an investor event in Stockholm, the next coordinating a Swiss roadshow, hosting a client breakfast in our London office, or managing a complex travel schedule for members of the leadership team.
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in making things happen, enjoys working with people and gets satisfaction from being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be naturally outgoing, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners, and equally happy welcoming clients to an event as you are solving logistical challenges and staying one step ahead of a busy schedule.
As a highly visible member of the team, you’ll become a key ambassador for Spring Capital Partners and one of the first points of contact for many of our stakeholders. Success in the role will mean delivering seamless events, ensuring our directors operate efficiently, and helping create a professional, welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with the business. You’ll play an important role in supporting the continued growth of Spring Capital Partners while helping ensure every interaction, meeting and event reflects the high standards for which the firm is known.
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior experience required, although preferred
- Open to both Graduates and Non-Graduates (prefer someone with post school business/organisation training from somewhere like OMBS)
- An interest in financial markets and investment would be helpful, but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
You missed this one - but you don't have to keep missing out. Try Club members get matched with open opportunities before they're gone, so you're always first in line, never last.
