Position: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Malleshwaram , Bangalore
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support clients in understanding, adopting, and successfully utilizing our ERP software and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good computer proficiency, and the ability to explain software features and business processes effectively to customers.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation.

Explain ERP software modules, workflows, and automation solutions to clients.

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing meetings.

Understand customer requirements and translate them into ERP process recommendations.

Assist customers in adopting best practices and maximizing software utilization.

Guide clients on system usage, business processes, and reporting features.

Coordinate with implementation, development, and support teams to address customer needs.

Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to quickly learn ERP software and business processes.

Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
